The work spans four interconnected pillars, focusing on Sports, Agriculture, and Community, to build a path from the classroom to the boardroom. This structure will ensure sustainability and results aligned with national priorities, thereby creating a full circle of progress for the people we serve.
Children in agriculture-dependent communities gain access to nutritious feeding programmes and school support initiatives that provide technology, learning resources, and exposure to growth opportunities. These interventions lay a strong foundation for education, talent development, and long-term socio-economic participation.
Bursaries and accredited learnerships provide top-performing matriculants with access to university education, workplace experience, and specialised training in agriculture and related fields, like Agri-trading and Venture Creation. This creates a skilled pipeline that promotes long-term economic participation and growth.
Start-up enterprises, particularly in the agri-sector, gain access to tailored incubation, technology solutions and skills to improve operations, sustainability and collaboration. Funding support, including early payments and targeted loans, further strengthens growth, enabling small and medium-sized enterprises to become operationally and financially stable.
Small-scale farmers and suppliers gain access to aggregation points that reduce delivery and storage costs, along with ongoing strategic support to meet client commitments. Collaborating with funders and partners, these interventions improve efficiency, strengthen the value chain, and enhance the sustainability of supplier operations.
